Single Account Only

Each member may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and bonuses will be cancelled. The same action will be taken if multiple accounts are identified from the same device, IP address or payment method.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on bdt44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (applicable for each method).
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits must be sent only from the member's own mobile banking account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted or suspended until full KYC verification is complete.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before funds received from a bonus can be withdrawn.

Fraud and Suspicious Transactions

We monitor all transactions. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, we reserve the right to suspend the transaction, close the account and notify the relevant authorities.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus:

• The first deposit amount must be a minimum of ৳500.
• Before withdrawing bonus funds, a wager of 15 times the total (deposit + bonus) amount must be placed (wagering requirement 15x).
• The time limit for completing the wagering requirement is within a specified number of days from the date the bonus is issued.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once, unless otherwise stated.
• A bonus may only be usable in specific game categories.
• The maximum bet amount may be limited while playing with bonus funds.
• bdt44 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If misuse of the bonus system is detected, the account will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

VIP Program

• Gold — up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Gaming Rules

All games on bdt44 are conducted fairly and transparently. Compliance with the gaming rules is an obligation of every member.

Fair Play Policy

Dispute Resolution

Prohibited Activities

The activities described below are strictly prohibited on bdt44. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits more than once.
• Playing games using bots, automation software or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other members.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive behavior toward platform staff.
• Bypassing verification using false identities or forged documents.
• Making deposits using credit cards or stolen payment methods.

Limitation of Liability

bdt44 is an entertainment platform. We are committed to providing the highest quality service, however our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Disruption to the gaming experience due to internet disconnection or device failure.
• Financial losses from betting — gaming carries financial risk and winnings are not guaranteed.

• Service suspension or restriction under the direction of a government or regulatory authority.

Our total liability under any circumstances will be limited to the amount of funds available in the affected member's account.

Account Suspension and Closure

bdt44 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

Closure by Platform

• If clear evidence of a violation of the Terms and Conditions is found.
• If fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity is suspected.
• If evidence of false information provided during verification is found.
• Under the direction of a law enforcement agency.

Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. Any unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon account closure.

Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to an administrative fee or may be temporarily deactivated. The member will be notified in advance by email.
